We are a charity organisation that has been formed for over 2 years
and has been in operation with New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton for
just over 12 months. It is our intention to expand our operation to
other hospitals as opportunity and resource allow.
We will carry anything of a medical nature size permitting including
blood, human tissue, samples, X rays, patient notes, in general a wide
range of items.
Our operating times are:
Monday to Thursday 1900hrs - 0600hrs
Friday 1900hrs - 0600hrs Monday.
We use two categories* to help delivery times and service quality as shown:
URGENT - These items will be delivered as soon as a bike becomes free.
EMERGENCY - These items will be for situations when life is at stake
* The decision about the category of each job is entirely
the choice of the clinician and will need to be stated clearly on the
initial contact.
